涡轮蜗轮箱-蜗杆箱体加工工艺规程及夹具设计
摘要
夹具是机床上不可或缺的一部分,制造业涉及的行业比较的多,零件的外形和构造也是千变万化,很多通用夹具已经不能满足生产要求。所以,针对不同的零件设计配套的夹具是非常有价值的。
本次设计的题目是蜗杆箱加工工艺规程及加工70孔夹具设计,主要任务是设计镗削Ф70孔工装夹具设计。蜗杆箱的工艺规程和夹具设计是一个贴近实际的设计。该零件结构有一定复杂性,有两个主轴孔,并且有底面的大平面,因此零件毛坯采用灰铸铁铸造成形,箱体零件是一种典型零件,因此其加工工艺规程和夹具设计也具有典型性。
在开始设计之前,分析待加工件构造和作用、对待加工件加工时候的基准、加工余量进行确定,而后进行相应的计算。夹具设计时,对定位和夹紧的方案进行了相应的确定,对定位以及夹紧元件进行了相应的选择,通过cad画出装配图和零件图,最后完成了本的编写。
