发动机支架立式单面组合钻床设计含8张CAD图+说明书
摘要 本次设计的题目是发动机支架立式单面组合钻床设计,是在发动机支架上加工4个深6mm,尺寸要求17的孔。 本次设计分为总体设计和主轴箱设计两个部分。首先,对机床进行总体结构的设计,需要确定切削用量、计算切削力、切削扭矩、切削功率及刀具耐用度,然后以此确定主轴、外伸尺寸等,绘制“三图一卡”,即被加工零件工序图、加工示意图、机床尺寸联系总图,以及生产率计算卡。其次,对主轴箱进行设计,绘制设计原始依据图,确定主轴箱及各个通用部件的选用,计算各齿轮的传动比和主轴的坐标位置。最后,根据分析的结果,对齿轮和轴的强度和刚度进行校核。 本专用机床能满足加工要求,保证加工精度,机床运转平稳,工作可靠,结构简单,装卸方便,便于维修、调整、操作,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了劳动生产率。 关键词:组合机床;钻孔;主轴箱;传动设计 Abstract The desig
