摘要
注塑模具是一种生产塑料制品的工具,其赋予塑胶制品完整的结构和精确的尺寸。注塑成型是批量生产某些形状复杂部件时用到的一种加工方法。其将塑件熔体注入型腔,在型腔内冷却成型。塑件尺寸精准,表面光洁度高,成型过程安全可靠,易于实现全自动化生产,改善了加工环境,大大缩短了产品制造周期。机油盖结构和形状较为复杂,采用PA1010材料,非常适于使用注塑模具进行生产。本篇为机油盖注塑模具设计说明书,包含了塑件分析和模具总体设计,总共九章。塑件分析包括了材料成型性能分析及塑件结构分析。模具总体设计包括了注射模具的工作原理、设计准则以及材料的选择、注射机的选择、注射机有关参数校核、分型面的确定、浇注系统设计(主流道设计及计算、浇口的选择和计算、冷料穴),成型零件的设计(凸凹模的结构设计、凸凹模的工作部分尺寸计算),模具导向机构的设计、脱模推出机构的设计、冷却系统的设计、模具的装配等方面。
