四孔花形垫片冲孔落料倒装式复合模设计
摘要
冲裁是利用模具使板料产生分离的一种冲压工序。本设计通过对冲裁件的工艺分析,主要工艺参数的计算,编制了正确的工艺路线。在分析的基础上,为零件设计了一副典型的冲孔落料复合模。本设计详细的介绍了模具的设计过程,包括凹凸模,卸料版等成形零件的设计和重要的工艺参数的选择和计算,详细的描述了冲裁模的设计过程。
在本次垫片的冲孔落料复合模的设计中,我通过对零件的工艺分析,零件主要工艺参数的计算,为零件的加工设计了一套典型的冲孔落料倒装复合模。其中包括了零件的工艺分析,冲压方案的选择,排样方法的选择,冲模压力的计算,凹凸模刃口尺寸的计算,对模具中模座的选择,各种定位零件的选用,模具中个重要零件尺寸的确定进行了确定。最后通过努力,初步设计了一副典型的垫片加工的冲孔落料复合模
