摘要
我国工业高速发展的初期,国人过于盲目地追求产量,导致金属浪费的现象非常严重,且基本很少能够被回收利用,然而废金属对环境的污染巨大。随着我们国家经济的高速发展,社会的高度进步,人们开始对于节能环保越发地重视,而废料的回收利用,提高能源的利用率是环保节能的重要手段,所以废金属处理设备的需求也越来越大。现在我国电容器等铝箔的拉深件的使用量非常大,铝箔冲孔后下脚料的量也非常大。而这些下脚料经过清洗后能够被回收再重新回炉使用,而此时这些下脚料需要打包作业。故本文对铝箔冲孔下脚料打包设备进行设计研究,该铝箔冲孔下脚料打包设备采用立式结构设计,拥有占地面积,体积小,产量大、应用范围广泛等优点,可以实现接料、打包、送料等方式完成整个打包任务,实现回收打包自动化处理,这样可减少劳动成本,提高生产效率,减少工人的劳动强度,满足高强度的要求。本铝箔冲孔下脚料打包设备主要由进料机构、打包机构、推料机构、控制系统等组成。
