垫片冲压复合模具的设计 摘要 机械产品的垫片大部分是冲压制品,产品性能的提高要求高素质的冲压模具、冲压性能、成型工艺和冲压制品的设计。冷冲裁模,约占冲压成型总数的60%,主要用于金属制品的成型,它是冲压制品生产中十分重要的工艺装置。冲压成型的广泛应用,正是本设计的根本出发点。 本来源于生产实际,主要任务是完成垫片的冲压模具设计和制造仿真。通过多种方案对比,本设计采用复合模结构,模具中设置了冲孔、落料等工位。设计中通过对三角板的材料、形状、尺寸及其精度的要求进行冲压工艺分析,根据工艺计算结果,对模具主要零部件,如凸、凹模和凸模固定板等进行详细设计,并设计了三角板的复合模。在设计中对模具的总体结构进行设计,包括上下模座、导柱导套、垫板、固定板、导料板、卸料板、卸料板弹钉等的设计与选用。利用Auto CAD2004软件制作了此复合模模具的装配图和零件图。 关键词:冲孔;落料 Abstract Most of mecha
