摘要
随着社会的发展,人口的急剧增长,土地越来越稀缺,可是科学在进步,科技在发展,随着城市的进步,车辆的增多,交通越来越不便,当车成为人类主要的代步工具后,停车问题也日益严重,如果按照以前的做法,一个车停一个位置,那样对于土地的利用是不是很浪费,所以,关于设计立体车库提上日程。
立体车库设备是为了专门的实现各种车辆自动停放仓储设备。机械式立体停车库可充分的利用土地资源,发挥空间的优势,最大限度的停放大量车辆,已经成为解决城市静态交通问题重要途径。本课题以较典型的液压升降横移式立体车库为研究对象,综合的考虑立体车库制造成本和运行效率的双重因素。而液压系统与传统机械系统相比,由于具有更精确,重量轻、体积孝运动惯性孝反应速度快、工作平稳、操纵控制方便、可实现大范围无级调速、可自动的实现过载保护、当采用电液联合控制后,不但可实现更高程度的自动控制的过程,而且可以实现遥控等很多优点,成为立体车库传动系统的首要选择,本设计的主要内容包括立体停车库机械系统原理设计,液压系统微推送力确定等。通过电机链条实现载车平台的平移升降,液压缸实现载车平台的微平移,实现车辆的存取过程。实现立体车库占用空间少,存取方便的功能。
因为其独特的特点,立体车库被广泛用于,酒店,医院,商场,机关单位和居民楼小区内。液压升降立体车库的组成,大概可以分为三个部分:传动机构部分,车库结构部分,控制部分。传动机构部分分为四个部分:升降部分,平移部分,载车版部分和伸缩部分。
