核桃脱核机设计
摘要:本文首先提出核桃机械剥核取仁的必要性和重要性。提出了双齿盘一齿板式剥核原理及最优设计参数,并研制了核桃脱壳机。其中主要包括总体方案的确定,各部件的设计与计算,总装与零部件装图纸;完成设计后,分析了它的特点、优势,以及存在的不足,需要改进,提出了一些改进措施。
