连接盘盖的铣Φ22端面专用夹具设计及加工工艺规程装备含非标7张CAD图+说明书
摘要 本次设计所进行的设计可分为三个部分,第一部分是设计目标的连接盘盖零件的加工流程;第二部分是加工工艺、工序设计;第三部分是对所选加工过程中的铣D22端面工序进行专用夹具,本次设计综合杂糅了许多专业课程的知识。工艺设计主要流程的第一步就是对待加工零件的材料属性、外形结构进行分析,在了解了待加工零件的外形结构和材料特性后,才能明确待加工零件的锻造毛坯的尺寸和形状,然后才可以选定待加工目标零件的各个需要确定的加工基准面,为后续的工艺路线的设计奠定坚实基础;其次在明确工艺路线之后,还需要对各工步的加工余量进行计算,并且同时选择明确好每个工步的加工时所用到的仪器;最后需要设计在对待加工目标零件进行各种机加工时所需要的夹具,首先根据各个工序、工步所用到的加工方式、加工仪器,加工为止的选择,对夹具的定位元件等部件进行初步的明确,其需要根据各工序定位基准面的变化,对不同定位基准的各种情况下的定位误差进行一些列的计算,以确保夹具设计后对零件定位的准确性,最后可综合分析本次设计,提炼优点、总结缺点,明确技术优势和技术积累。 关键词:连接盘盖;加工工艺;专用夹具;加工余量;定位基准 Abstract The desig
