一种支撑桶拉深模具设计-冲压模含NX三维及11张CAD图+说明书
摘要 根据任务书的要求,本次设计的工件为支撑桶,初步分析该工件的结构,可以看出该工件为圆筒型的拉深件,并且不带有凸缘,属于无凸缘拉深件,在整个工件的内部和表面有冲孔和翻孔,所以我们可以分析出该工件所需要的工序有落料,拉深,冲孔以及翻孔四个工序。在下文的叙述中,我将会首先对工件的工艺性进行分析,然后对拉深件的毛坯尺寸进行展开尺寸的计算,利用展开的毛坯尺寸进行排样图计算,算出材料利用率,然后对模具的冲裁方案进行选择,选择使用复合模或者级进模或者单工序模具进行设计。因为本次设计工序有落料,拉深,冲孔,翻孔四个工序,所以模具所需的冲压力有落料冲孔工序的冲裁力和拉深翻边工序的成形力,求和即为整套模具的冲压力,然后根据这个冲压力选择合适的相匹配的压力机,并且进行校核,然后又对冲裁和拉深的刃口尺寸进行了计算后,设计出了其余零部件,最后进行了整理和绘制装配图。 本次设计的难点在于拉深模具的计算,拉深工件的计算比较复杂,在进行设计模具之前需要对拉深次数进行计算,如果工件能够一次拉深成型,那么最优的方案即为复合模,一套落料拉深冲孔翻孔复合模即可成形,如果一次拉深工序不能够成形工件,那么即需要两套模具。选用合适的模架形式也是影响工件成品质量的关键,常用的模架形式有中间导柱模架,后侧导柱模架以及对角导柱模架等等。 关键词:落料;拉深;冲压力;压力机;模架。 Stampi
