摘要
随着制造业的发展稳步向前,汽车进入到了千千万万户家庭之中,方便了人们出行。由于汽车的产量越来越多,汽车配件的生产厂家也如雨后春笋般涌现,在现有的汽车刹车片加工中所用设备大多为盘片式多功能组合磨床,其价格高昂。为了满足小微企业的生产需求,设计一台汽车刹车片的专用铣床。
首先,本文研究了目前对于汽车刹车片的市场需求,并通过生产需要确定了铣床设计的总体要求,并对铣床的部分部件进行了相应设计和计算,选定了合适的部件型号。最后所设计的铣床能够满足汽车刹车片的生产加工的要求。
