本文设计的是一个拥有多个自由度的机器人,用于给生产包装进行码垛。
在现代工业中,生产过程的机械化、自动化已成为突出的主题。机器人技术是利用计算机的记忆功能、编程功能来控制操作机自动完成工业生产中某一类指定任务的高新技术,是当今各国竞相发展的高技术内容之一。目前,工业机器人主要承担着焊接、喷涂、搬运以及堆垛等重复性并且劳动强度极大的工作,工作方式一般采取示教再现的方式。
该机器人由手部、手臂、腰身和底座等组成,具备上下料,翻转和转位等多种功能,并且结构简单,操作方便。驱动方式为电机驱动,采用伺服电机。
