中文摘要 4lz-6型谷子联合收获机振动筛的设计 摘要 谷子机械化收获程度较低,一直是制约谷子生产发展的瓶颈。该研究设计了4LZ-6型谷子联合收获机振动筛。针对谷子的筛选确定该机器清选装置的总体方案,并对筛体各个部件进行了设计,确定了其重要运动参数。该机构通过用电机带动激振器作为动力来源,其中电机的输入功率为22kw;振动筛采用三层筛网结构,筛网形式有鱼鳞网和网格网,结合谷子的特点设计网格大小从而达到降低含杂率与提高筛选效率的性能。喂入量指标为6kg/s,生产率0.5h,含杂率为1.6%~1.8% 。 本次设计是针对谷子联合收获机清选装置进行的改进优化,功率消耗和可靠性也直接影响到整机的性能。如果一方面能够完成对振动筛机构的深入分析研究,进而对产品进行优化设计,提高性能;另一方面能够学习利用先进设计理念,采用先进设计手段,解决传统设计方式不能很好解决的问题,将是非常有实际意义的事情。本课题的研究意义就在于此。 关键词:谷子收获机;振动筛;运动参数 英文摘要 Desig
