本文对手推式草坪修剪机的工作原理,传动系统和剪草机构等具体结构做了详细介绍,并且重点计算确定了传动系统中齿轮和轴的基本尺寸,对各个标准零件、非标准零件的选取也做了相应的计算。在计算数据的基础上用Auto CAD完成无动力草坪修剪机的装配图、部分非标准件的零件二维图,并用Solid Edge完成所有零件的三维造型和装配。该机具有无污染、无噪音、无振动等优点,适用于庭院草坪,小面积草坪,防暴区域草坪。
