后装压缩式垃圾车是一种集自动装载垃圾和自动卸料为一体的新型垃圾运输车。它的专用装置包括车厢、装填机构、举升机构及液压系统等几个部分。本文对XZ5110ZYS后装压缩式垃圾车装填机构的结构、原理进行了深入地分析;对装填机构、推卸料机构进行了力学分析,在此基础上,对装填机构进行运动分析,建立了装填机构的数学模型并进行优化设计,最终确定了装填机构的有关参数。优化设计结果表明,优化后的装填机构参数能改善装填机构的性能,提高垃圾车的装载功能和收运容量。
