轻型载货汽车转向器的设计
摘要
汽车转向系统是决定汽车操纵稳定性和主动安全性的关键。转向器是转向系统的重要组成部分。它的作用是:增大转向盘传到转向传动机构的力和改变力的传递方向。而转向器中的类型中,齿轮齿条式转向器由于其自身的特点被广泛应用于各种汽车上。本设计选择BJ121型轻型载货汽车为车型,设计齿轮齿条式转向器。其主要内容有介绍转向器的设计参数,齿轮齿条及其他零件的设计、校核。
