托脚托架零件的钻φ35H8孔夹具设计及机械加工工艺装备含4张CAD图+说明书
摘要 本通过对托架进行分析,在给定的生产条件下,总结实际生产经验和科学分析的基础上,由多个加工工艺方案优选制定出加工工艺过程。工艺规程是指导生产的重要技术文件,实际生产必须按照工艺规程规定的加工方法和加工顺序进行。制定工艺规程应在一定的生产条件下,以最少的劳动量和最低的生产成本,在规定的期间内,可靠地加工出符合图样及技术要求的零件。 在编制零件的工艺规程时,提出了相应的夹具,量具和刀具设计任务书。根据任务书进行夹具的结构设计。确定夹具的结构方案中,在定位、夹紧、对定等各个部分的结构以及总体布局等方面的几个不同方案中,经过分析比较,确定合理的方案,最后绘制出夹具总图。就像上述的设计方法,我同样设计了量具和刀具。 关键词:工艺规程设计工序夹具制造量具刀具 Abstract The graduatio
