摘要
诸如风电等装备的关键零部件磨损是导致其失效的主要原因,异常磨损一旦出现轻则造成设备失效停机,重则造成人员伤亡。目前在线油液监测是一种有效的磨损监测技术,为装备磨损视情维修提供了途径。
本课题为了探究润滑摩擦学系统中润滑油理化及磨损磨粒特征的演变规律,设计一套多过滤循环回路强制润滑齿轮传动润滑系统模拟试验台。首先,开展模拟试验台的总体方案设计,根据方案需求进行关键零部件选型;然后,利用SolidWorks对关键零部件建模与装配;最后,根据实验需求开发了试验台电气控制单元。该试验台可以实现工况可调,油液信息在线实时获取,为揭示摩擦学系统磨损演变过程中,其润滑系统中油液在线监测数据解读提供了支撑。
