摘要
在进行水利工程建设时,其中必然会使用到启闭机,这是必不可少的水利设备。他的主要作用是将钢闸门进行启闭的。在启闭机的各个零部件中,最为关键的是启闭卷扬机,因此在对启闭机进行设计是,首先需要对卷扬机进行仔细的设计。
本文所要设计的内容即为卷扬式启闭机。在对其进行设计时,首先对其整体结构进行设计。在经过相关资料的调研后,对启闭机的工作原理进行探究,在此基础上完成总体设计。在确定整体设计方案后,需要对各零部件进行设计以及选型。在确定具体型号后,需要对其进行相应的强度校核。除此之外,可以通过对现代制图软件进行充分的利用,绘制相应的三维模型。
在本次设计中,会对阶段学习的各种知识进行复习,有利于将大学课程内容进行掌握。除此之外对设计过程中,遇到的问题进行及时的解决,可以提高自己的解决问题能力,使自己以后的工作生活能够更加顺畅。
