摘要
某型导叶片机械加工工艺及其专用夹具设计,由老师发的任务书和某型导叶片零件图知,此设计大体分成两部分,一为工艺部分;二为夹具部分。
工艺部分主要包括零件的分析、毛坯余量的确定及工时计算等,详细查看某型导叶片知道,其材料为ZG1Cr13,Φ18h6外圆粗糙度Ra1.6,Φ20f7外圆粗糙度Ra1.6,叶片粗糙度Ra1.6,6N9键槽粗糙度Ra3.2,这些位置精度较高,其他的加工表面精度一般。再上网查了下叶片的资料,知道其或为散热零件,或为类似风扇叶的吹风配件。
我要设计的铣键槽夹具分别为:半精车外圆、和磨叶片。这点对我真的非常难,翻阅了三四天的资料也没找到合适的定位和夹紧方案,后来在网上查看叶片资料,在几张关于叶片夹具装配图中得到启发,尽而设计出我的夹具方案:铣键槽夹具以Φ20f7外圆作为主定位面,叶片顶尖和叶片辅助定位,对应的定位元件为固定V型块、A型支承钉和浮顶销。
