高速立式加工中心电主轴的结构设计含开通及6张CAD图+说明书
摘要 高速加工能显着提高生产率和降低生产成本,是一项非常有前景的先进制造技术。实现高速加工的首要条件是高质量的高速机床,而高速电主轴是高速数控技术和加工中心的关键部件。电主轴系统的静态、动态刚度是影响性能主要难题之一。本文首先介绍了电主轴的工作原理及关键技术;然后,设计了合理的电主轴总体结构,并设计了电主轴的电机、编码器、转子、定子和冷却系统等零部件;最后,对电主轴的旋转轴和轴承进行了详细的分析和校核,计算表明,该电主轴符合设计要求,具有结构紧凑、惯性小、转速高、动态特性好等诸多优点。 关键词:加工中心,电主轴,轴承 Abstract High-speed machi
