电机壳加工专用数控机床的设计
摘要
对于特定的电动机的外壳壳体内孔、止口的加工,设计电机壳体专用的数控立式车床的主轴箱。电机被广泛应用于各种机械与机床设备的传动上。定子与转子之间的气隙大小会直接影响电机的性能,而其气隙大小由电动机壳体铁芯孔与两端面的止口的同轴度来决定。设计内容包括根据所给出的额定转速下的工作状况的切削功率,选用适当的电动机,提高主运动的电动机使用率;主轴箱部分部件的设计;箱体的设计;其中最主要是主轴中采用了双列圆柱滚子轴承(锥孔),比其他轴承的回转精度更高,提高了被加工零件的圆度、圆柱度、跳动等精度;以及皮带机传动中采用球型垫片来实现张紧功能。
