前保险杠设计的主要功能是吸收外部冲击力,在车辆或驾驶员受到冲击力时产生缓冲,起到保护人和车辆的作用。同时,前保险杠的合理设计将对保护行人起到一定的作用。因此近年来,人们在设计前保险杠系统时越来越关注这个问题。但除了保持前保险杠原有的保护功能外,人们也越来越注重前保险杠与整车外形的和谐统一,同时保证了自身的轻量化。所以汽车的前保险杠基本上是聚丙烯(PP)树脂材质的。
聚丙烯(PP)树脂材质保险杠主要由保险杠格栅、吸能块以及其本体三部分组成。聚丙烯(PP)树脂材质保险杠在使用过程中具有较好的机械强度、较高的刚度以及外表比较光滑漂亮。汽车前保险杠的作用主要从两个方面体现:首先它是在汽车发生碰撞时,保护人们生命安全的第一道防线,它能有效的降低碰撞时的冲击力,最大程度的保证乘车人以及行人的安全。其次PP材质的汽车保险杠外观非常漂亮有光泽,与整个车身放在一起看协调一致,十分符合现在人们的审美观。
同时我们主要利用CATIA等三维建模软件对汽车前保险杠进行建模与分析。
