履带式微耕机的结构设计
履带式微耕机的结构设计(多配件) 摘要 在农业科技创新发展与城镇化快速发展的共同推动下,我国农村经济呈现出良好发展势头,社会经济发展水平不断提升的同时农业产业结构也出现了巨大变化。受城镇化的影响,大量农村劳动力逐渐转移至城市地区,导致农村劳动力资源不断减少,难以满足现代农业生产发展的需求,难以保证生产水平。因此,迫切需要一种全新的、小型化的农业设备提供灵活的、便捷的生产辅助,微耕机应运而生并表现出良好的发展势头。 现有微耕机多为柴油或汽油机提供动力,在工作的同时会产生震动、噪声,环境污染等一系列问题,因此本文设计将以电力作为动力,克服以上缺点,并采取履带行进的运动方式,提高微耕机的环境适应能力。 本文采用模块化的方法,将行进运动和作业运动分解,在结合现有微耕机的结构与原理的基础上,使用和CAD等软件,完成了一种履带式微耕机的结构设计,并对驱动轮,旋耕刀等零部件进行了校核与干涉分析,保证了作业部件的强度与可靠性,最后对微耕机的发展趋势做了简单阐述。 本文设计的履带式微耕机结构简单清晰,易于操作,但同时,作为农用机械,没有设置很高的部件参数精度。 关键词结构设计;微耕机;载荷分析;发展趋势 Structure desig
