摘要
随着经济的增长,国家和人民越来越注重环境,近年来,我们的绿色区域有了很大的改善,草坪的种植也是市场上各种割草机的一部分。本次设计主要是研究手推形式的除草机来做研究的课题,并对一部分进行了设计改进。第一部分主要针对草坪割草机的环境,介绍了本文的基本背景和国内外草坪割草机的基本情况,分析了草坪割草机的基本分类,如轮式割草机、悬挂式割草机等,分析了草坪割草机设备未来的基本趋势,如功能多样性、低成本、全自动化等。接着是第二部分的主要工作是分析消化设备的基本需求,使用市场上相对通用的基本设计进行设计分析,确定本文设计的割草机方案,并根据常见的解决方案分析其主要部件和工作流程。第三章的主要工作是对整个机器中的几个主要零部件进行设计分析,包括走行器、扶手、电气机构、轴、切割刀片和减速机的设计计算。第四部分是简单说明了solidworks的介绍,其中包括了该软件的基本建模方法:自上而下建模方法和自下而上设计方法,并介绍了各个割草机模型的功能及其最常用的基本模型,包括电气部件、抽壳部件、车轮部件、扶手部件、割草机、管路、发动机盖部件以及整体装配。第五章主要针对割草机的日常使用和注意事项,主要是防止用户未经授权使用和操纵设备和不确定性。
