蔚来ES6前空气悬架设计 摘要 汽车作为人类日常必须的交通工具,其可操纵性、舒适性一直是驾驶者以及工程师的奋斗目标,为了在不影响操纵性又提高驾驶舒适性的前提下,空气悬架应运而生。空气悬架通过调节空气弹簧的充气度进而改变悬架软硬度,以此来提高汽车行驶平顺性、操纵稳定性、增加舒适感。现今电控空气悬架在汽车上的应用越来越广泛,也逐渐成为了民众购车参考的指标之一。对此研究有效的、智能的、可控的、安全的空气悬架对发展空气悬架系统的应用具有重要意义。 本文本次设计是对汽车空气悬架在行驶途中振动而进行的结构改进,设计出结构简单、结实耐用、符合轻量化标准、体积适中的空气弹簧悬架,该悬架的设计不仅能够应对中国地形、符合中国道路情况,还可以提高驾驶人驾驶愉悦感。疫情期间利用互联网学习悬架有关知识,以蔚来ES6为研究目标,根据整车结构及参数计算悬架设计所需的各类参数。设计空气弹簧的布置结构;悬架减震器的计算选择等。使其符合国家相关规定,满足设计要求和使用需求。 关键词空气悬架系统;空气弹簧;悬架导向机构;设计 Desig
