CK3263B数控车床转塔刀架的设计
摘要
针对CK3263B数控车床的转塔刀架进行三维设计。主要设计部分有:传动系统,回转机构和定位机构。其中,传动系统选择液压传动,并进行了原理图等一系列设计;回转机构选定圆柱凸轮分度机构,并进行了详细设计校核;定位机构选择活塞杆预定位和齿盘精准定位。
利用UG软件进行各个零件的三维建模,并进行装配组装,导出二维图纸。转塔刀架系统在装夹过程中可以同时完成诸多工序,扩展了加工工序的范畴,不仅加快了生产效率而且大幅度改善了加工精度。
