nigraphics的缩写,它起源是位于美国的麦道飞机有限公司,是一款成功的软件。CAD 、CAM、CAE三个应用模块集中于一体就形成了目前非常先进的三维CAD加工软件UG,在空天、车辆和机械零件加工等各种领域中UG软件起到无可替代的作用。CAM模块作用尤其突出,在相同作用的软件中处于首要地位,它拥有一个交互式的程序编制工具,可以通过计算得出精确和稳定可靠的零件加工轨迹,在机械设计制造和数控加工等方面提供了极大的方便。 本次设计是根据UG软件自动编程功能对PXY1012零件进行数控铣削加工设计。这次设计是根据PXY1012实体三维零件及图纸要求选定零件的加工工艺和加工方法的,在UG软件中建立合适的刀具根据合理工序使用UG加工软件对PXY1012三维零件开始编程模拟加工处理,然后模拟PXY1012零件的刀轨并进行后置处理生成PXY1012零件的加工程序。最后校检程序保证程序无误可以用于 PXY1012零件的实际机床生产中。 关键词:UG自动编程创建刀具刀轨后置处理 ABSTRACT UG is the abbreviatio
