带齿型制动轨的双向挂钩式制动矿车的设计
DESIGN OF TWO WAY HOOK TYPE BRAKE TRAMCAR WITH TOOTHED BRAKE TRACK
摘要
我国国土辽阔,在各地都有着不同程度上的矿产资源,矿产资源在我国经济中有着举足轻重的地位。五十世纪中期,科学家们不断地研究和研究,成功地创造了我国第一台制动矿车,虽然它不是完全靠我国自身设计的,但是是在外国国家研究者已经研究出来的成果上进行设计创造的。从我国开始对制动矿车进行研究以来,经过大家共同的坚持,我国在制动车领域已取得巨大成就,成功设计并制造了600余量中国制造的制动车。跟着时代的步伐,随着我国一步步踏入高科技社会,矿业和工业企业更加倾向于用各种新设备和新设施了来代替人工,即走机械化发展强国的道路。制动矿车,是矿用汽车制动的安全设备之一。在我国现有的社会状况下,对制动矿车的要求越来越高,由于研发速度跟不上设备需求速度,导致了绝大部分的机器设备出现老化失灵,所以矿井开采中发生事故的情况越来越多,对煤矿安全运输构成了巨大的威胁,在一定程度上阻碍了我国矿业资源勘探的发展。在我国,采矿业的发展,是我国国民GDP的重要指标之一。但是,我们不能只为了提高经济效益,而忽略了工人、大众群体的安全。因此,现如今安全和发展之间的矛盾越来越激烈,矿车安全制动这一方面的匮乏,使我国国民经济发展出现了前所未有的挑战。
本次设计为带齿型制动轨的双向挂钩式制动车的设计。学习了四年的大学课程,才对本次的设计有了一个大概的了解,并且对其有了一个概要的理解。需要综合运用机械设计、机械制图、机械制造、材料力学等课程学习到的知识,使自己对知识书的认识有了更深层次的认识和应用,让自己的人生多了一份圆满。
