摘要
EBZ125XK型掘进机是一种悬臂式掘进机,主要用于中型煤巷及半煤岩巷的掘进作业。它结构紧凑、适应性好、机身矮、重心低、操作简单、检修方便。本设计主要针对掘进机的整机进行方案设计,对截割部进行结构及传动等相关设计。EBZ125XK型掘进机截割部驱动动力由截割电机提供,为实现较强的连续过载能力,适应复杂多变的截割载荷,并利用喷雾水加强冷却效果,悬臂式掘进机多采用防爆水冷式电动机来驱动截割头。在截割部传动设计中用2K-H行星减速器。设计中对2K-H型行星减速器进行了优化配齿,采用高度变位,并做了相应的校核。
