喇叭花形塑料灯罩的注塑模具设计
摘要
对塑料喇叭花形灯罩的注射模结构采用侧浇口的进料,一模两腔的模具结构,所用材料是透明性好,着色性、化学稳定性较好的PS(聚苯乙烯)。通过对塑件成型过程进行了分析,对聚苯乙烯塑料的性能分析,成型零件设计等,制定出了一套完整的生产塑料喇叭花形灯罩的生产流程。
根据对实物的测绘,采用产品设计的相关知识,利用其制图版块绘制出二维工程图,然后再进行模具设计,确定分型面的位置和型腔数量,创建模具的型腔和型芯等等,设计出模具,最后生成工程图。
