基于Pr-E的小型汽车地板通道加强件成型工艺及模具设计
摘要
随着现代化社会的日益发展,能源也是越来越紧缺,所以环保的行业成为现在发展的重中之重。冲压模具就是其中一种可以循坏利用的工业。模具的应用的范畴极为广泛,在很多的轻工业当中,许多的零部件都需要依据模具才能够被生产出来,而且伴随着人们的各种需求,越来越需要冲压模具来带给我们便利。当前的社会,冲压模具的发展、精密度以及模具的使用寿命,已经是衡量一个国家机械化水平的最具有影响力的标杆。大到汽车的覆盖件,小到可以用单手操控的3C数码产品,都与冲压模具的发展密不可分,都离不开冲压模具的发展。随着对产品质量的提高,也需要对模具结构的精确度来进行严格规范,从而实现模具的高效发展。设计与制作模具的级数比较前沿,是一种比较具有综合性的学科。
在此次的设计当中,我翻阅查看了大量的模具设计资料,在小型汽车地板通道模具的设计与应用当中,和以前的设计方法相比较而言,模具的广泛应用,使得产品的质量得到了巨大的提升,模具的创新思路以及要求要紧跟现代化的步伐下,需要与未来的发展相结合。
