A421定位盘加工工艺编制及钻孔夹具设计 【摘要】定位盘的专用夹具设计,其介绍了专用夹具的一般设计原则。设计原则与设计方法来看,几乎所有的机械产品都遵循这些规则。不同的公司,不同的客户要求,不同的专用夹具精度,不同的加工工艺,虽然都有其不同的设计理论与设计依据,其中大部分规则,方法都是相通。本设计前期我主要介绍了专用夹具的准备工作,之后又讲述了专用夹具设计的理论知道及其常用的软件与设计技巧,接着介绍了定位盘镗孔夹具设计主要过程与参考,中间配插了专用夹具设计参数化实体图片。总的来说,专用夹具无外乎包括三大机构:定位机构、夹紧机构和引导机构。在介绍定位机构时,重点介绍了定位机构的常用定位元件大小及使用原则。具体设计请查看定位盘夹具设计工程图,里面很多参数化设计与设计依据与上面介绍的大体相同。有些地方,设计原则与设计方法是死,运用在不同的产品或产品的不同地方,会稍做调整。活学活用所学习的知识,才能更快的适应新时代产品的夹具设计。随着产品设计师技术水平的提高,随着夹具加工工艺的改进,夹具加工设备更新换代,夹具结构只能越来越人性化,越越高精专化,夹具人才的含金量也会越来越高。 【关键词】定位盘;夹具设计;设计原则 A421?positio
