摘要
这个项目的设计包括机床夹具的基础知识、机械设计、机械加工生产、金属加工工艺、尺寸公差和配合。
支座夹具设计和加工工艺规划包括零件加工工艺设计、专用夹具的设计和加工流程设计三部分。第一部分应该分析设计过程中,了解并掌握一些技术现在没有的设计结构,根据需求进行分析和确认加工基准,部分设计过程;然后部分大小的每个步骤的过程中,每一个过程,关键是要确定切削参数对加工设备;特殊的夹具设计,然后选择夹具部分的设计,如定位装置、夹紧装置,使组件、机械部分和其他部分的特定连接;夹具定位误差的分析和计算的出口,结构的合理性和夹具的缺陷,在未来再改进设计。
