超精型花生联合收获机的总体设计
摘要
超精型花生联合收获机双行作业,将花生的藤、果和土一同起耕。三者一次性分离,一次完成花生的联合收获作业。具体的工作过程包括:分扶藤苗,起耕,梳果,碎土,输藤,清送,输果。
超精型花生联合收割机根据花生的生长特点以及收获的工艺要求,合理地设计出关键工作部分,使得机构具有结构紧凑、重量轻、分离彻底的特点。采用多面型粉碎齿,第一道粉碎就可以使土块的破碎率达到70%以上;摘果刀片用于藤果分离;由输送轮将藤苗输向后面并抛出;分土后的花生进一步清选后落入果箱。收获后的果子可以直接上常
该机器的成本低,适合小批的花生种植收获。其工作效率相对于手工作业有了跨越性的提高。
