摘要
数控加工技术是技术性很强的工作,尤其在机械制造加工领域使用最为广泛,所以这要求从业人员具有很高的机械加工工艺知识,数控编程知识和数控操作技能。本文主要通过对零件的数控工艺分析与加工,综合所学的专业知识,全面考虑可能影响铣削的因素,设计其加工工艺和编辑程序,完成要求。
本文针对盖板零件进行了,图纸分析、毛坯的选择、加工方法以及加工路线的选择、对刀具机床进行确定,并且选择刀具参数规格,选定机床的型号。然后填写工艺卡片,工序卡片。然后对盖板零件进行UG自动编程仿真。
