链板落料冲孔复合模的设计 摘要 本次设计的题目是链板落料冲孔复合模的设计,其结构简单,对尺寸精度和外观质量有较高的要求。因此,工艺方案的确定很重要,对于装配图和零件图的绘制利用CAD来完成,对我们今后从事模具行业奠定基矗 冲压模具主要是将板料分离或成形而得到制件的加工方法。本次设计采用的是倒装复合模,本文分析了链板片的冲压工艺特点,冲压模具的设计,模具制造等理论知识及要求,结合生产实习的综合性知识,工艺特点及功能、技术要求,参考现有的冲压模具设计资料,完成了链板片冲压模具的方案设计。 关键词:链板;冲压工艺;复合模; Abstract The topic of this graduatio
