QA048偏心轴加工工艺设计与编程仿真
摘要
数控机床加工工艺与普通机床加工工艺在原则上基本相同,但数控加工的整个过程是自动进行的。数控加工的工序内容比普通机床的加工的工序内容复杂。这是因为数控机床价格昂贵,若只加工简单的工序,在经济上不合算,所以在数控机床上通常安排较复杂的工序,甚至是在通用机床上难以完成的那些工序。数控机床加工程序的编制比普通机床工艺规程编制复杂。这是因为在普通机床的加工工艺中不必考虑的问题。
本次设计主要是对数控加工工艺进行分析与具体零件图的仿真加工,首先对数控加工技术进行了简单的介绍,然后根据零件图进行数控加工分析。第一,根据本零件材料的加工工序、切削用量以及其他相关因素选用刀具和零件的轮廓特点确定加工设备。第二,针对零件图图形进行工艺设计。此零件为偏心轴零件,外轮廓由直线、偏心轴、槽、内孔、扁方等组成。
