洗衣机平衡环注塑模具设计
摘要
根据此次设计的洗衣机平衡环,清楚它的用途,并通过对塑料件的工艺分析,合理的采用一模一,侧浇口进浇,海天530XB型号的注射机型号等等,利用计算机画模具总装图以及模具的零件图,并且采用UG绘制3D模具图。附上说明书,通过用简略的文字说明,简洁明了的图纸以及计算等,根据这些信息做出合理的注塑模具设计。
通过使用UG进行建模,了解整套模具最核心部分的大体结构;然后对塑件的工艺性进行分析,在满足经济性的条件下,确定各项参数,包括材料、成型设备、一模几腔等。再就是确定分型面的位置,型芯的尺寸、型腔的尺寸、导向机构的选用和推出机构的设计,确定定模板等各模板的厚度。通过对各项参数的计算和校核,保证模具可以制造出来和正常使用,确保洗衣机平衡环模具的可行性。
