零件5加工工艺分析与程序设计
摘要
这几年来我们中国对于数控加工技术的看中,让数控加工技术的一直前进和发展,因为数控加工的高效率、高精度、高质量才让得加工技术的使用越多越多了。
数控加工的速度很快,质量能很好的得到保证,所以当今社会对数控技术加工用得越来越多啊,通过我在学校这几年阶段不断对数控加工进行接触,让我越来越了解数控加工的好处。文章是对零件5工件进行工艺的分析、选择加工的毛坯尺寸、加工用的机床,在分析的时候一直去改进零件5零件的加工工艺。然后进行画CAD图,再对零件来完成程序的编制,编程完好后用软件中的仿真加工对程序进行加工仿真,保证加工程序正确。
