摘要
多年来,随着数控技术的发展,出现很多新的技术。许多技术的出现推动着数控设备的发展。数控机床的产生,不仅仅使得各种复杂零件的加工变得方便,而且它的加工精度很高,效率好。使得工人的工作强度大大降低。本次设计任务是数控加工与程序设计,使用CAD制图软件将零件的二维图形画出来。接着对零件结构、精度、技术要求进行分析。设计加工零件的数控工艺方案,选择毛坯、刀具、机床,以及合理的切削参数等。选择出最佳的加工工艺方案,然后对零件的数控加工程序进行编制,完成本次设计。
