外罩注射模具设计
摘要
本文设计的是外罩注射模具,塑件的结构形式比较简单,采用一模两腔,根据塑件的结构形状,在设计时采用侧向抽芯机构,这也会是本次设计的难点指出。本设计详细描述了外罩注射模具的设计过程。其中包括对材料的分析,如何选择分型面以及对分型面的设计,分析塑件的材料性能,包括尺寸、重量等方面的计算和对塑件的工艺分析,根据塑件的要求选择参数合理的注射机,并且对注射机的选用进行校核,抽拔力、抽芯距的计算,浇口套的设计等模具各个零部件的设计与选择,必要时有相关方面的计算。使用ProE软件画出各零件3D图,最后装配并且生成装配图,减少了绘图时间,减轻了工作效率。
