基于UG的手机下盖注塑模具设计
摘要
在这篇里面对手机下面的盖子怎么进行加工的流程,还有相关加工数据都进行了设计。将在确定注射机的时候参考的标准都写出来,而且这个注射机的有关数据都进行了校核。在设计注塑模具的构造的时候,将这个模具的每一个部分都列举出来,并且将参考标准也写出来,再加上这次的实际要求,进行了相关的分析。在确定分型面的时候,因为这个产品的结构还是蛮复杂的,所以说在经过比较之后,确定的方案是最合适的。在这篇里面,主要对调节温度的系统进行了设计,还有分析,在加工产品的时候,这个系统起的作用是非常关键的,产品在加工之前模具的温度是多少,在加工好产品之后模具的温度又是多少,将这些具体的数值都算了出来,最后将散热面积的大小算出来,还要算出来用来疏通冷却水管道的直径大小,还有长度大小等等。在将结构都设计好了之后,怎么把模具装起来在文中也有具体的说明,试模的原理和操作方法,在遇到困难的时候怎么去解决。在里面,三维设计一直都有,这样一来整个设计就没有那么困难了。
