托架零件的工艺分析及分度钻模设计-钻2-M12螺纹孔夹具设计
摘要
托架是机械中重要的零件之一,其主要作用是对零部件起到支承的作用,也便于将零部件的位置进行固定,实现运动和力的传递还有转换。因此,对其进行设计和研究是非常意义。本次设计以托架为研究对象,对其进行了工艺分析及专用夹具设计。
工艺分析的主要内容有:零件的结构分析、加工要求分析,加工工艺路线的制定,工序卡及工艺卡的编写,零件图及毛坯图的绘制等。
通过与指导老师协商设计钻2-M12螺纹孔钻床专用夹具。通过对零件图的分析,这2个螺纹孔分度在180°方向上,需要对其进行分度钻模设计。有定位方案及装置的设计;夹紧方案及装置的设计;夹具体的设计;钻削力的计算以及夹紧力的校核与验算等等。最后,完成了夹具装配图和夹具体等所有非标零件图的绘制。
