底座的加工工艺装备及钻孔夹具设计含4张CAD图+说明书
摘要 使学生具有制定工艺规程的初步能力。能综合运用金属切削原理、金属切削刀具、金属切削机床、机床夹具等的基本理论和方法,合理的制定零件的机械加工工艺规程,包括零件工艺性分析、工艺路线拟定,编制零件加工工艺过程卡片。使学生具有制定零件加工定位、夹紧方案的初步能力。能够分析零件结构工艺性是否合理,根据零件结构及精度要求分析加工要求,设计合理的定位、夹紧方案,并能分析计算定位误差、估算夹紧力,评价定位、夹紧方案质量。通过查阅资料,使用设计手册、参考资料等方面的能力进行课程设计。掌握进行定位、夹紧方案设计的程序和方法,培养独立思考和独立工作的能力。 关键词:工序;夹紧;定位;误差。 Abstract Make the stude
