ZL60翻斗油缸直接推拉式装载机工作装置设计
摘要
由翻斗、动臂、翻斗油缸、动臂油缸组成的工作装置是本次设计的装载机的核心。装载机通过作业装置的运动来实现装卸物料的作业。这次设计主要是装载机作业装置设计。其中翻斗以铲装物料;动臂和动臂油缸的作用是提升翻斗并使之与车架连接;翻斗油缸通过与动臂的配合运动使翻斗旋转运动。动臂和翻斗工作动作均通过液压操作。
通过装载机作业装置的指导思想、发展前景、任务目标、进行论述,然后制定方案,在技术设计部分给出了ZL60翻斗油缸直接推拉式装载机工作装置的主要技术性能要求和参数数据,进行了翻斗、动臂、油缸的计算和设计。工作装置的设计中,对翻斗、动臂等装置进行设计。计算了特定受力位置的受力分析。
本次设计在关键零部件的设计和计算上严格按照相应要求,通用件均采用国家标准,设计的部件也符合制造工艺和设计要求、达到了指导教师的设计要求。并且在二维图纸的绘制上也是严格按照所学的绘制标准来进行图纸的绘制。
总之,整个设计是有序、有据地完成的。
