摘要
无缝钢管具有中空截面,大量用作输送流体的管道,如输送石油、天然气、煤气、水及某些固体物料的管道等。无缝钢管的生产在西方国家里占管类钢材比例的50%,而在我国的生产还和西方有一定的差距,不过对它的生产进行了大量的投入,有望在本世纪赶上,不仅在数量上还需要在质量上有所超越。
本设计主要内容为:三辊定径机的设计。在原先只采用两辊式定径机存在的弊端做一改造采用三辊定径机。其两者的区别主要是:前者可调但定径精度低,工具备件少;后者定径精度高但不可调,机架备件多。其实现在已经出现了新型可调式三辊定径机,因此这种新型三辊定径机的出现将给我国无缝钢管的发展提供一个新台阶。
今后,我国无缝管材的生产反将转到采用先进制造技术,扩大品种,提高质量,降低消耗方面来。因此,我们应该努力学好本专用知识,争取进一步有所改进有所创新。
