小型稻麦割铺机设计
摘要
本文设计的是一台小型稻麦割铺机,本设计采用往复式切割器作为主要工作部件,在护刃器的配合下进行有支撑切割,割刀平均速度设计为1~2m/s。切割性能好,工作可靠,适合性强。本设计采用汽油机做动力,整体重量较轻,方便了农民朋友的田间收割,大大降低了农民的劳动强度。本机采用立式割台完成对稻麦的切割,割断后的作物茎秆能在侧边堆放整齐。该小型稻麦割铺机结构简单、操作方便,可以及时有效的完成小麦和水稻的收割任务。
