双滚筒碎边剪传动系统设计含开题及16张CAD图+说明书
摘要 本文主要讨论了双滚筒碎边剪传动系统的结构组成,首先在绪论中对碎边剪做了简要的介绍,包括其特点,现状,以及工作原理。随后在正文的计算部分,首先对剪切力,剪切力矩以及电功率进行了计算从而选择了合适的电动机,随后又对传动比的分配和轴的转速,转矩进行分析计算,接着对轴与齿轮进行了设计计算,其中包括一级,二级齿的设计,高,中,低速轴的计算,以及键与联轴器的选择。而后分析了齿轮座的构成,齿轮座箱体内装着一对齿数相同的圆柱斜齿轮,保证直径相等的上下装刀滚筒转速相同,上、下成对刀刃得以对齐剪切,每个滚筒上均布有6个刀片,其刀片长度方向平行于滚筒轴线。最后对滚筒和刀片进行了设计,其中包括装刀滚筒的外径,内径和宽度以及碎边剪剪刃的主要结构参数:刀刃的圆周直径,刀刃宽度,刀刃长度,刀刃厚度,刀刃倾角等的选择。 该碎边剪传动系统结构比较简单,具有剪切平稳,振动和噪音小,速度高,生产率高的特点。 关键词:双滚筒碎边剪;传动系统;滚筒;刀刃 Abstract This paper mai
