摘要
F1轧机主传动系统是将电动机输出的功率及转矩经过减速增矩后,分别传递到上下两个工作辊。为满足此目的,需要有减速机实现减速增矩,齿轮机座实现动力的一分为二,万向节及万向接轴实现两轴向可变转轴之间的动力传递。
本利用查设计手册和经验设计的方法设计齿轮机座和万向节轴的结构参数,并对其进行强度校核和寿命计算。
经过分析、计算、比较我们利用一对人字齿轮间的啮合传动,使一个输入变为两个输出,利用滑块式万向节,实现工作辊不同开口度时的动力输入要求,考虑到F1轧机为负荷较大的部件,齿轮机座采用剖分式以满足齿轮啮合时较大的径向力。
最后根据设计参数,画出了齿轮机座的整体装配图,和重要零件的零件图。并依据动力的传递路线,画出了传动系统从电机到轧辊的总体示意图。以便读者更清晰的了解轧机的工作原理,并画出了相应零件的工程图,以便加工制造。
